Peter Hessney is an accomplished international business executive with over 25 years of management and consultative technical sales experience. Peter has worked alongside many Fortune 500 executives and global product development clients providing counsel on commercialization of the latest high technology developments into new and exciting electronic products and applications. Peter has held many senior leadership positions and was a former Global Vice President of Motorola where he built and managed a worldwide technical sales and application engineering team within the semiconductor organization. Over the past 15 years, Peter has helped to develop several entrepreneurial start-ups into rapidly growing and successful businesses. He has a demonstrated track record of success in creating shareholder value leading to positive exits and liquidation events. Peter holds a bachelor’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester.

Brian Johnston was previously with Eastman Kodak Company where he served in a variety of leadership roles. As a Director in their corporate venture capital group, Brian represented Kodak’s emerging technology needs to external entities building productive long-term interactions with universities and early-stage companies developing complementary technologies. Earlier, Brian directed materials science research, development and commercialization for Kodak’s motion picture and photographic paper businesses. Brian has over 20 years’ experience in materials-based technology development and product
commercialization from a number of roles in research, manufacturing, product marketing and laboratory management. Brian holds a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Southampton and an M.B.A. from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester.
